At GILEAD, the ministry of the Prophetic is in full operation and is imperative for an established vision from God (1 Chronicles 25:1, Proverbs 29:18). GILEAD believes that all believers who are Born-again of water and the Spirit of God should be able to prophesy (Revelation 19:10). The Mantle of the Prophetic allows believers to prophesy under the unction of the Holy Spirit. 

 

The School (Band of the sons) of Prophets was established to train prophets to operate in different and multiple areas of the prophetic and be ordained (by laying on of hands) to the Office of a Prophet (1 Samuel 10:2-5, Ephesians 4:11). In accordance with the word of God (Bible), GILEAD raises up Prophets (in accordance with the Holy Spirit) to edify (encourage), exhort, rebuke, and comfort the Body of Christ and unbelievers (1 Corinthians 14:3-5). GILEAD trains prophets to impart and stir up spiritual gifts (that are dormant) in the Church (believers), set doctrine and order in the House of God, and carry the word in spiritual warfare (Intercession) (Daniel 9:10, Zechariah 7:11-12, 1 Timothy 4:14). GILEAD also raises up prophets to the nations, to deliver, "what thus saith the Lord." We are living in a time when God is using His anointed and appointed prophets to reveal what is occurring in the earth, heavenlies, etc. (Amos 3:7).
